Educational Resources

The 4 centers have been chosen because of their outstanding reputation in the microarray field. From experimental design and education, to technical assistance and training, all the way through to bioinformatics support and manuscript preparation assistance, the centers will strive to produce the highest quality and most meaningful expression data possible.

1. Online Training. Investigators can gather information regarding available platforms before submitting samples to the Consortium. Additionally, the four Centers will be available to review experimental design at any time prior to the submission of a project.
   
   
2. Onsite Training. Investigators are welcome to travel to the centers to learn first-hand the techniques involved in expression profiling.
   
   
3. Data analysis. The consortium can provide data analysis support and training to assist investigators how to maximize the output from their experiments.
